The HPlusFit app connects to Bluetooth-enabled wearable devices such as smartwatches and fitness bands. It allows you to view the device's battery level, get notifications of SMS messages, calls, and other events, as well as view your contact list and call history. It also allows you to set a daily activity goal and monitor your daily activity and sleep.
To connect to the HPlusFit app, first pair your device with your Android phone by following the steps in the app. You can download and install this tool on your smartphone for free.
